Lets make each day Positive & Beautiful! ;)


Everyone of us is aware of the fact that Positive thinking is important in our lives.
But how many of us are 'consciously' working towards it? I ask this question to myself everyday..
"Am I positive today? Am I watching my thoughts?"

I know most of you will not be happy to find the truth..
If you begin to notice your thought process you will definitely realize that we all live with negative thoughts dominating our lives often..

Here comes the sad part of the story .. we all know what's good for us but still we don't work towards it.
But the better part is that the best things in life comes for free.. :P

If you are overweight and you wanna reduce, first be positive.
OR
If you wanna start your own business then first be positive.

For anything and everything you dream of.. there is one golden rule..
"'Consciously being positive' is the key to all the positivity in life".

Just tweak in these small yet effective changes in your daily lives and religiously follow them and you will see the difference. 

1.) As soon as you get up in the morning .. Thank for every beautiful thing you are blessed with, in your life.
    Gratitude is a powerful force that opens the door. Constant gratitude shows humility, cause when we are thankful we magnify our goodness rather than magnifying our problems.

2.) After you get ready in the morning ... spend 5 min in front of the mirror; while doing so don't forget to smile at yourself and the beautiful day thats unfolding itself..
   The idea of looking into the mirror might sound weird to a lot of you, but trust me it does wonders.. not just you become more attractive ;) but also it helps boost your confidence and smiling is always an unbeatable add on ;)

3.) Wish 'have a nice day' to people around you ...
     When you wish others you too shall feel good and will draw positivity in life.

4.) Say thanks for every small favor that people do to you.. don't forget to smile while you do so..
     Again a small gesture of gratitude.

5.) When you get some idle time dream with open eyes ;) and think about all the good things around.
     'Dreaming' is moving your thoughts towards positive things, your desires and the one who dares to dream, is able to live his dreams in reality..

6.) Tell yourself each night before you go to bed that life is very beautiful and tomorrow morning is gonna be lovely too..
       That's a simple rule for attracting positive energy ..It gives a positive vibe to the whole world around you. ;)

7.) Meditation/exercise/dance all these activities bring you closer to yourself and brings lot of positivity in life ..
     When you start taking extra care of your body you start feeling good and healthy. And its a well known proverb "In a healthy body lies a healthy mind".

8.) Take some time out to do what you really like ..
      I like to dance, meditate, chat and I try to take some time out from my daily schedule for these things and that's what brings happiness to me .. and it will for you too ... do what really would make you happy.. photography,singing,dance,painting,poetry.. anything you like.. Live some moments only for yourself .. ;)

9.) Remove all the 'NOT's in your statements.
    Instead of saying "I am NOT happy" say "I am happy" .. 'NOT' brings in negation and all the positive thoughts are flushed out. :( So by removing NOT from your day-to-day statements you will start feeling the positive energy flow around you.

10.) More than anything else 'Believe in yourself'
    Promise yourself .. what may happen just keep believing in yourself ..
    Be happy and try to make others happy.. stop being too judgmental .. live life to the fullest with positive energy and see how things change and so will your perspective towards life.
